Minitur

We woke up in the morning - well rested after an eventful Monday.

There were covers in the air. It was hot and all our weather forecasts agreed that the fine weather would continue throughout the forecast period.

Which for some of the prospects meant the next 10 days.

We reached the bridge opening at 15 and sailed into the new harbor at Skuespilhuset, where Daniel & Emilie came on board.

A couple of hours later we arrived at Humlebæk Harbor.

Drove up to the house, was visited by Jørgen, who we had not seen for almost a whole year, grilled, talked for a long time and went to bed late.

The next day Peter & Birgitte came and at the end of the day we sailed with them to Norreborg Harbor on Ven.

The harbor, which is small, was completely full and we went on to Ålabodarna, where a friendly Harbor Master indicated a good place.

Dinner on the bench at the mill and next morning to Norreborg Harbor, where there were now available seats.

We enjoyed nice weather there, were back in Humlebæk early in the afternoon, said goodbye to Peter & Birgitte and a few hours later hello to Daniel & Emilie.

The next day we sailed in warm and glorious sunshine to Gilleleje.

At one pier we were greeted by a close crowd of people attending Fagenes Fest.

Fagenes Fest was introduced by the labor movement in 1938 in Copenhagen. Later, the tradition spread to the whole country. At the beginning of the 2000s, it disappeared, but has apparently been revived in Gilleleje.

One of the races was rowing and while we sailed in we saw Master Mason Bagger's Strong Servants fighting a deadly battle against Bisgaard's Horny Apprentices.

In the evening, Madam Blå and Poprockerne played, a West Jutland party band - well-played and full of a positive and infectious energy.

The next morning we walked on a very shiny sea towards Mill in Sweden.

After a short time of sailing, we woke up Daniel & Emilie, who sleepy appeared in the cockpit for a nice breakfast.

After breathing, we went for a long walk along the water to the cafeteria Ransvik, bathed a couple of times along the way and came back to a stopping port where there were now 7 outside on ours.

The next day we sailed home late in the morning. Set sails when we reached over under the Danish coast, bought fish meatballs at a pit stop in Helsingør Nordhavn and was back in Humlebæk Harbor in the afternoon.

And in less than a week, we will move permanently onto the boat.
