With words and pictures, we invite you on an adventurous journey. Follow us from the start and drift south as the landscape changes to mountains with tree-clad slopes, wildlife, idyllic towns and picturesque locks.

Give a high five when we finally reach the destination - the Mediterranean.

Sit back as we decide to continue the journey and experience the shores of the Mediterranean until we hit the open sea heading for Sicily.

Get on board when we say goodbye to Sicily and sail in the wake of Odysseus to Greece – where our European self-understanding was born.
